Country Place Patio Homes are very popular residences in our Southeast Denver senior housing community. There are 252 of these homes at Heather Gardens. All have the following features: fireplace, 2-car attached garage, central heating (forced air natural gas), central A/C, private patio, and most have full basements. These residences are duplex units, attached to adjacent patio homes.

There are 4 models of Patio Homes: Marina Villa, the 3-bedroom 2-story, the 3-bedroom ranch, and the 2-bedroom ranch. Additional features of these units are:

A number of the Patio Homes are adjacent to the golf course. All are located a short walk from the Community Center. During 2007, these homes sold in the $200,000 to $295,000 range.
